What we collect

• Email and billing details (handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers).
• Transcripts of your voice calls and chats with Claire, which may include information you share about your skin.
• Your ZIP code, if you ask Claire for nearby dermatologists. It is used only for that search and is never sold.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the advisor, handle billing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Retell AI and its model providers (voice and conversation processing), Cloudflare (hosting).

Retention

Transcripts are deleted after 30 days, or sooner on request.

Your rights (including California / CCPA)

You can request access to or deletion of your data at hello@skincare-advisor.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Photos

We do not collect face photos or biometric data.

Children

Not intended for anyone under 16.
